Entregan tarjetas telefónicas a pacientes en tratamiento por adicciones
Tras el anuncio del otorgamiento de $8500 a quienes se recuperen de adicciones, el Gobierno lanzó el Programa de Emergencia para Garantizar el Acceso a Servicios TIC para Habitantes de Barrios Populares en el Marco de la Pandemia Covid-19. Con el objetivo de esta iniciativa es atenuar los efectos de la pandemia de coronavirus, el Enacom (Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones) y la Secretaría de Innovación Pública de Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros ayer entregaron tarjetas de telefonía celular a un centro de tratamiento de pacientes en recuperación de adicciones a las drogas con modalidad residencial de la red de Sedronar.
Esta acción apunta a garantizar la conectividad de las personas bajo tratamiento con sus familias, o que están cursando la cuarentena para iniciar un tratamiento por consumos problemáticos.
La entrega se realizó ayer a la mañana en la Casa Comunitaria San Miguel Arcángel, en Isidro Casanova, perteneciente a la red coordinada por el Padre Bachi, con la presencia del director nacional de Fomento y Desarrollo del Enacom, Pablo Urquiza; el subsecretario de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, Martín Olmos, la Secretaría de Innovación Pública, Micaela Sánchez Malcolm, y la Secretaría de Políticas Integrales sobre Drogas de la Nación, Gabriela Torres.
Cómo es la entrega de tarjetas telefónicas a pacientes en tratamiento por adicciones
El "Programa de Emergencia para Garantizar el Acceso a Servicios TIC para Habitantes de Barrios Populares en el Marco de la Pandemia Covid-19", que implementa el Enacom junto a la Secretaría de Innovación Pública, consiste en:
- Asegurar que las zonas sin acceso a Internet puedan suplir esa carencia en el menor plazo posible.
- Mejorar la conectividad para permitir que las personas de barrios vulnerables puedan continuar con sus tratamientos respetando las medidas sanitarias para prevenir contagios de Covid-19.
- La entrega se realizar en comunidades y Casas de Atención y Acompañamiento Comunitario (CAAC) donde Sedronar dispuso de espacios físicos especialmente acondicionados para el cumplimiento de una cuarentena de 14 días previa al ingreso al dispositivo para realizar el tratamiento.
- Así, los dispositivos de tratamiento les podrán brindar conexión a las personas que están realizando el tratamiento y a las que se encuentren cumpliendo el aislamiento, para permitirles que mantengan el contacto, digital o telefónico, con sus familiares o afectos más cercanos.
"El Estado tiene que estar cerca de aquellas chicas, chicos y jóvenes que más lo necesitan, y en eso aprendemos de Bachi, quien nos enseñó a muchos de nosotros a trabajar por los que menos tienen", afirmó Pablo Urquiza, funcionario del Enacom.
El funcionario agregó: "Nuestro trabajo, desde los distintos lugares donde estamos, es trabajar para el cuidado de cada uno de nosotros. Queremos cuidar la vida de ustedes y esto es simplemente una pequeña parte de lo que tenemos que hacer".
Gabriela Torres, secretaria de la Sedronar, sostuvo que "es muy difícil atravesar el inicio de un tratamiento sin la posibilidad de visitas y el contacto con familiares y también es complicado contar con los recursos para poder hablar por teléfono y comunicarse con los afectos".
En ese sentido, destacó: "Con estas tarjetas telefónicas que estamos entregando a las comunidades terapéuticas, apuntamos a que se facilite la comunicación entre quienes cumplen el aislamiento previo al ingreso a la institución y sus afectos".
