Narcotráfico: en qué consiste la modalidad gancho ciego
La AFIP denuncia maniobras irregulares en contenedores que son modificados luego de pasar el control por la Aduana
Luego de que hoy se conociera la noticia de que un barco de cargas proveniente de la Argentina trasladara 49 kilos de cocaína a Italia, en contenedores que habían sido revisados en la aduana, la alarma volvió a encenderse.
Según informaron fuentes de la AFIP, la metodología que se usó fue la de gancho blanco: violación de contenedores y la adulteración de los precintos luego del control en aduana. La droga habría sido embarcada en alta mar, desde otro barco ya que se encontró dentro de tres bolsas de basura (tipo consorcio) junto con la carga de calamares.
Para hacer un envío de "gancho ciego", los narcos no necesitan importantes infraestructuras de logística, ni crear empresas fantasma para ocultar la droga entre mercaderías legales de exportación, como ocurre con los grandes cargamentos que se mueven por mar. Lo único que se requiere es la complicidad de empleados o funcionarios infieles en los puertos de salida y arribo de la droga.
La modalidad es tan efectiva como sencilla: una vez que el container ya fue revisado por la Aduana y está a punto de ser subido al barco, el empleado infiel lo abre, mete bolsos o mochilas llenos de cocaína y lo vuelve a cerrar con precintos mellizos a los originales.
