Indagarán a tres exjefes policiales por encubrir el caso Candela
Los exjefes de la policía bonaerense Hugo Matzkin y Juan Carlos Paggi, y el exjefe de Investigaciones de esa fuerza Roberto Castronuovo serán indagados por el presunto encubrimiento agravado del homicidio de Candela Sol Rodríguez , la chica de 11 años secuestrada y asesinada en agosto de 2011, en el partido de Hurlingham.
Se trata de una investigación derivada del expediente principal, por el que el año pasado fueron condenados a prisión perpetua, como coautores del homicidio, Hugo Bermúdez y Leonardo Jara.
Fuentes de la causa dijeron que, en función de elementos surgidos en aquel juicio y de declaraciones obtenidas en otra causa con más acusados por el crimen, el fiscal de Morón Mario Ferrario consideró que hay prueba suficiente como para tomarles declaración como imputados por encubrimiento, agravado por su condición de funcionarios públicos.
Los otros acusados que irán a juicio próximamente son el narcotraficante Miguel Ángel "Mameluco" Villalba, de 56 años; el ex teniente primero de la policía bonaerense Sergio Chazarreta, de 52; el supuesto "informante" policial Héctor "el Topo" Moreyra, de 50, y el carpintero Néstor Altamirano, de 59.
