Justin Bieber fue sobreseído por la Justicia argentina
Después de casi cuatros años de que el canadiense visitara el país y generara disturbios con un fotógrafo, la apelación fue a su favor
Una buena noticia para las fanáticas de Justin Bieber . El canadiense fue declarado inocente por los cargos que elevaron en su contra, luego de que sus custodios golpearon al fotógrafo Diego Pesoa, a la salida del boliche INK, en su última visita al país.
La Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Criminal y Correccional, a través de su Sala V, dispuso revocar el procesamiento y dictar el sobreseimiento de Bieber por falta de pruebas, a contramano de lo dictaminado en una primera instancia.
Al ser consultado al respecto el letrado defensor de Bieber, Ramiro Salaber, confirmó que la Cámara se había expedido en ese sentido y añadió “siempre tuvimos confianza en que la causa concluiría favorablemente, pues las pruebas, incluidos los videos de los hechos, demostraban la inocencia de nuestro defendido. De todas formas, preferimos no emitir mayor opinión pues la resolución no se encuentra firme”.
Por su parte, Matías Morla, quien representa a Pesoa, dijo: "No me sorprende para nada. Es más, ya estamos preparando lo que viene desde hace rato porque sabíamos que iban a fallar de esta manera. La Sala Quinta es la misma sala que le quitó a detención, que le permitió que declare por un videíto en teleconferencia y que no permitió que ese video trascienda".
Aunque posiblemente se lleve el caso a una tercera instancia, Bieber podría estar más cerca de volver a presentarse en el país. Un año atrás, luego de anunciar el comienzo de su Purpose World Tour, el cantante le pidió disculpas a sus fans argentinas por no incluir al país dentro de la gira. "Beliebers argentinas, no hay nada que quiera más que llevar mi Purpose Tour allí, pero no puedo ir hasta que las condiciones legales cambien. Perdón Argentina, te amo", escribió por entonces en Twitter.
