Caso Madeleine McCann: el fiscal investiga un dato aportado por un vidente
El psíquico brindó las coordenadas del lugar donde cree que está el cuerpo de la menor

A 14 años de la desaparición de Madeleine McCann, la policía está por investigar un nuevo dato aportado por un vidente. La niña británica desapareció en 2007 cuando tenía tres años en un complejo hotelero en Praia da Luz, Portugal, donde se hospedaba junto a sus padres.
“Lamentablemente, [Maddie] está muerta y enterrada en Portugal, al noreste de Lagos”, le dijo Michael Schneider a los agentes que investigan el caso. De acuerdo con la información publicada por The Mirror, el vidente ya brindó las coordenadas exactas del lugar donde cree que está el cuerpo de la menor.
El hombre aclaró que nunca da esta “información a la ligera”, por el tipo de responsabilidad que tiene. En mayo pasado, ayudó a resolver el caso de una mujer que había desaparecido en Alemania. Luego de que Schneider diera la ubicación exacta, la policía la encontró colgada de un árbol, 36 horas después. El hombre también logró identificar la ubicación de una pareja que fue asesinada luego de desaparecer en enero en Italia.
El caso de Maddie
Hace tres semanas, Schneider se puso en contacto con la Oficina Federal de Policía Criminal (BKA por su siglas en alemán) para hacer su aporte. Las autoridades le respondieron que la información se iba a “incorporar adecuadamente” a la investigación.
“Estoy feliz de que la BKA parezca tomarme en serio, porque muchas veces tenemos la reputación de ser freaks o personas que quieren dinero y es bastante doloroso. Yo nunca acepto dinero“, afirmó Schneider.
El vidente contó cómo funciona su técnica psíquica: “Miro una foto de la persona desaparecida y le pregunto Dios si este ser está vivo o muerto. Después de eso, tomo un atlas o una hoja de ruta y miro grandes áreas de manera superficial. Luego, miro en Google Maps y Earth. Dejo que mis dedos y mis ojos tracen círculos sobre estos mapas hasta que se detengan en un lugar y lo marquen”.
Según confirmó el fiscal alemán Hans Christian Wolters, es común emplear a clarividentes para las investigaciones de este tipo de casos. “El año pasado varios psíquicos respondieron a nuestro llamado de ayuda y nos la ofrecieron. También recibimos consejos concretos. No ignoramos nada, pero somos cautelosos”, agregó el investigador.
El principal sospechoso de la desaparición de Maddie es Christian B. El hombre fue condenado a 21 meses de prisión por un delito asociado a las drogas y está cumpliendo una pena de siete años por haber sido declarado culpable de violar a una mujer estadounidense de 72 años en 2005 (dos años antes de la desaparición de la niña y cerca del lugar del presunto crimen), en un domicilio de Praia da Luz. El alemán también fue acusado de abusar de la hija de cinco años de su exnovia en 2013.
