Tim Wellens gana la tercera etapa de la Vuelta a Andalucía, Pogacar sigue líder
El belga Tim Wellens (UAE) ganó este viernes en solitario la tercera etapa de la Vuelta a Andalucía entre Alcalá de Guadaira y Alcalá de los Gazules, tras la que el esloveno Tadej Pogacar se mantiene líder de la general.
Wellens, que formó parte la escapada del día, aceleró en los últimos metros para imponerse por delante del francés Pierre Latour (TotalEnergies) y del italiano Samuele Battistella (Astana).
Pogacar (UAE), ganador de las dos primeras etapas, mantuvo el liderato de la general.
El sábado tendrá lugar la cuarta etapa de la Vuelta a Andalucía, de 164,8 km entre Olvera e Iznájar con tres puertos de tercera categoría y uno de segunda.
