Muere adolescente palestino herido de bala por fuerzas israelíes
Un adolescente palestino, herido de bala el sábado por las fuerzas israelíes en Cisjordania ocupada, murió este domingo, informaron fuentes médicas palestinas.
El joven de 17 años fue identificado como Kamel Alawnah por el Ministerio de Salud palestino, que indicó que "sucumbió a las heridas de bala" que tenía en el abdomen y en la mano, provocadas por disparos del ejército israelí.
El ejército israelí no respondió de forma inmediata a una solicitud de comentarios enviada por la AFP.
Una fuente médica dijo a la AFP que el joven resultó herido en Jaba, una aldea de Yenín, en el norte de Cisjordania.
Desde fines de marzo, las fuerzas israelíes llevan a cabo operaciones casi diarias en Cisjordania tras una serie de atentados perpetrados por palestinos y árabes israelíes en Israel y Cisjordania en los que han muerto 19 personas, en su mayoría civiles.
En estas operaciones del ejército israelí murieron al menos 49 palestinos y tres atacantes árabes israelíes, algunos de ellos miembros de grupos armados, pero también civiles, entre ellos la destacada periodista palestino-estadounidense Shireen Abu Akleh, que cubría una operación en Yenín.
