Corregido-forex-dólar sube por optimistas datos eeuu, pero anotaría pérdida semanal

NUEVA YORK, 21 mayo (Reuters) - El dólar se apreciaba el viernes, impulsado por alentadores datos manufactureros en Estados Unidos, pero seguía camino a anotar una pérdida semanal ante la menor inquietud en los mercados por referencias en las minutas de la Reserva Federal a una discusión sobre una posible reducción de los estímulos monetarios.
* El dólar ha devuelto gran parte del avance que hizo después de una mención en las actas de la reunión de abril de la Fed de posibles discusiones futuras sobre reducción del estímulo, lo que llevó a especular un alza antes de lo esperado de las tasas de interés en Estados Unidos.
* "Al parecer, las preocupaciones sobre la reducción se han desvanecido con bastante rapidez", dijo en una nota Shaun Osborne, estratega cambiario jefe de Scotiabank.
* La moneda estadounidense encontró algo de apoyo tras datos que mostraron que la actividad fabril estadounidense se aceleró a principios de mayo en medio de una fuerte demanda interna.
* El índice dólar, que mide el desempeño del billete verde ante una cesta de seis monedas, ganaba un 0,27% a 90,036. El índice tocó un mínimo de cuatro meses a principios de la sesión y cerraría la semana con una pérdida de 0,3%.
* Una flexibilización de las restricciones de COVID-19 ayudó a que sondeos sobre la actividad de servicios alemanes y la actividad empresarial francesa obtuvieran mejores resultados de lo esperado en mayo, aunque tuvieron poco efecto sobre el euro .
* Entre las criptomonedas, el bitcóin bajaba un 3,4% a 39.257,86 41.000 dólares, mientras que el ether cedía un 6,1%. Ambos están en camino de pérdidas semanales superiores al 15%.
