Agro argentino espera mejor diálogo con nuevo ministro "kirchnerista" de agricultura

BUENOS AIRES, 20 sep (Reuters) - El agro argentino, que mantiene una tensa relación con el Gobierno, espera un mejor diálogo con el nuevo ministro de Agricultura, Julián Domínguez, designado el viernes en medio de la crisis política disparada por una derrota electoral.
Domínguez es un aliado de la vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y ocupó el cargo durante su mandato (2007-2015), por lo que se lo reconoce como un experimentado dirigente en Argentina, una de las mayores potencias agrícolas del mundo.
Una relación fluida del sector agrario con el Gobierno es importante para evitar protestas u otros conflictos que afecten la exportación de granos, como ha sucedido en el pasado.
"Es un hombre muy político, muy dialoguista, muy de buscar soluciones", dijo sobre el nuevo ministro Nicolás Pino, presidente de la tradicional Sociedad Rural Argentina (SRA).
Domínguez formó parte de los cambios de Gabinete del presidente Alberto Fernández anunciados el viernes, luego de varios días de conflicto en la coalición peronista gobernante provocados por la dura derrota del oficialismo en las primarias de medio término del 12 de septiembre.
Los nuevos funcionarios, entre ellos un nuevo jefe de Gabinete, jurarán sus puestos en la tarde del lunes.
Elbio Laucirica, titular de la asociación agropecuaria Coninagro destacó que Domínguez conoce la realidad del sector y de la cartera, y que el funcionario posee mucha experiencia política.
Las expectativas de diálogo se producen a pesar de que Domínguez comandó el Ministerio de Agricultura argentino entre el 2009 y el 2011, cuando regían cupos y tasas del 20% a las exportaciones de trigo y maíz -entre otras regulaciones estatales de los mercados- muy resistidas por los productores.
Según Laucirica, Coninagro estaría presente en la asunción de Domínguez tras la invitación del Gobierno. En cambio, desde SRA señalaron que las autoridades de la asociación no irían.
Los líderes piden que el nuevo ministro revea el actual cupo a las exportaciones de carne de res -del 50% del volumen habitual-, aplicado en junio por el Gobierno para intentar contener las fuertes alzas en los precios.
"Lo que sí le decimos a Domínguez es: 'ministro, hay cosas para solucionar ya'. Se han achicado los tiempos, no podemos seguir esperando el diálogo, que seguramente será bueno, pero a veces la necesidad es tan inmediata que te lleva por delante", dijo a Reuters el presidente de SRA.
Tanto Pino como Laucirica señalaron que el sector continúa evaluando protestas debido a que los cupos permanecen.
"Ante el cambio de autoridades debemos darle un tiempo a ver cómo se desenvuelven las cosas, pero no dejamos de tener en carpeta este tipo de acciones", explicó el titular de Coninagro.
